This month’s advanced class features a soup I first had at a restaurant in Portland, ME called Kamasouptra about 3 years ago. I had never heard of Ribollita, but I love rolling my rrrrrrrrrrrrr’s, so I gave it a try. I immediately went home to create my own rendition of the sultry Tuscan soup.
