VIDEO: Cilantro Harissa Grilled Corn

Posted by

cilantro harissa grilled cornThis is the 2nd most popular recipe on Como Water (the first is my empamosas!) and there’s a reason why… this corn is sweet, spicy, and savory and takes about 2 minutes to prep. Yep, it’s quick, crazy flavorful, and screams summer. It also builds off of last month’s video short on compound butters. Feel free to tweak–use different herbs or flavorings, but to be honest, this cilantro-harissa combo is quite magical. To summer grillin’!!! I’ll be back later this evening with today’s Mindfulness Monday’s post! 😀
