Holiday Veggies Cooking Class

Posted by

As y’all know, I taught my first cooking class in DC last Saturday. Here are some photos from the event, which was AWESOME by the way! The theme of the class was “holiday veggies” and we prepared clementine roasted Brussels sprouts and roasted carrots with cayenne-apricot glaze. Afterwards we delighted in a meal consisting of our veggies, BBQ tofu, mac and cheese, peppermint stick ice cream, and pomegranate-ginger punch. All vegan. All delectable! The theme of class this Saturday is “holiday sides” and I can’t wait! Below are some additional candids! Thanks so much to the participants and can’t wait until this coming class! I’ll be back this weekend with an ice cream recipe! NOM! 😀
