Well, in this video, I show you how to make four creative, uber flavorful salads that will tantalize all your senses. The video includes my take on a veg-centric nicoise salad, the perfect winter salad, a spring Moroccan carrot salad, and a summer watermelon “feta” salad using the technique you learned in the pressing tofu video.
