VIDEO: Four Salads

Posted by

como water watermelon saladWhen folks think of veg-centric cuisine, they usually think of salads. And when folks think of salads, they think of something boring that will leave them craving something more substantial. Well, in this video, I show you how to make four creative, uber flavorful salads that will tantalize all your senses. The video includes my take on a veg-centric nicoise salad, the perfect winter salad, a spring Moroccan carrot salad, and a summer watermelon “feta” salad using the technique you learned in the pressing tofu video. These salads are anything but boring, and can be served as a meal in and of themselves or as side dishes. Feel free to tweak each of them to your liking. Enjoy!
