1 cup cherry sorbet
1 cup blueberry-acai sorbet
1/4 cup basil simple syrup (see below for recipe)
4 sprigs mint
1 1/2 cups of mandarin orange flavored sparkling water


Note: any sorbets would probably taste yummy. I just used what I had in the freezer!

Basil Simple Syrup
1 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 – 1/2 cup of basil

*in medium saucepan steep basil in water on medium-low heat for ten minutes
*dissolve sugar
*increase heat to medium high, stirring occassionally, reduce by half
