HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE! I hope you had a wonderful, safe, fun, delicious, and laughter-filled New Years eve and that 2015 is starting off right! I have cabbage and collards on the stove, jalapeño cornbread with guava “butter” in the oven, and black eyed peas/rice ready for me to devour. But alas I must wait until folks come over this afternoon. If you’re like me and waiting to indulge in your good luck New Years Day meal, sit back and relax with this Tiffany Talk on some of my favorite lessons from the book —Instructions to the Cook by Glassman and Fields. Also, just a heads up that the rest of the December videos will be posted each day for the rest of this week, culminating in a rather big Como Water announcement!

Tiffany gets culinary inspiration from the food she grew up eating, and from her travels throughout Latin America, the Caribbean, Western Europe, and Sub-Saharan Africa.
