Each Monday, Tiffany posts a message that provides positive energy and tips for eating more mindfully. The purpose of the weekly message is to reinforce the ideas from the talks and classes that are a part of the Como Water Membership, and to further support those living the veg-centric lifestyle. To receive our Mindfulness Mondays posts, Become A Member today.

My Five Agreements

Last week’s Mindfulness Mondays post was all about a book I had re-read, The Four Agreements. After writing that post, I asked myself, “if I were going to write my own version of The Four Agreements, what would I write?”

Well, first of all, I realized that I’d have 5, not 4 agreements. And second of all, while I wholeheartedly agree with the Ruiz wrote about, my 5 agreements really ring true for me (at least right now). So, with that I share my agreements with you… (in no particular order).

  • I am OK.
  • Never Stop Laughing (or Dancing).
  • It’s (Really) Ain’t That Deep.
  • Let It Go (Completely).
  • Share Your Light, But Never Give Your Light Away.

In my next 5 Mindfulness Mondays posts, I’m going to flesh out each one of the new agreements I just made with myself, for myself. But for now, I’ll just list them… and leave you with a question–if you were going to make an agreement with yourself, a pact that you thought would open up more peace and tranquility in your life, what would that agreement be? Happy Monday y’all!
