This week’s Tiffany Talk is actually an interview where I’m talking with Renee Shields, owner of Sapore near Capitol Hill. Sapore specializes in olive oil and vinegar, and if you remember from the Como Water Shorts video earlier this month, olive oil and vinegar can take a veg-centric dish from ordinary to amazing without salt, sugar, or trans fat. After watching this video, you’ll realize why I fell in love with Sapore upon first sip of their Tropical Spice vinegar!

Sapore is located at 660 Pennsylvania Avenue SE, Washington DC.
