We’re one week into January–one week into our resolutions to be healthier. One week into craving a big fat cupcake or bucket of ice cream. One week into resisting in the name of shedding holiday pounds or simply being committed to eating more fruits and vegetables. Well, folks, if you’re looking for creative ways to consume more fruits and veggies, there’s nothing better than than juicing or a smoothie. This week, I’ve decided to drink what I am calling “Chakra Juices.” Each day, I’m going to drink a juice corresponding to a chakra starting with red and going all the way to indigo. I started today with a strawberry, apple, and beet juice (one cup strawberries, 4 apples, 1 beet, squeeze from lemon–voila!). Stay tuned to facebook and twitter to see my juices for the rest of the week. In the meantime, check out this round up of past Como Water juices and smoothies!

I honestly love all your recipes, I love all the different flavors combined…..and they look gorgeous! My favorite juice combo will always be apples and carrots. Although last year I tried parsley, mint, and apples, I can’t remember if there was anything else in it, it was awesome!!! BTW your site looks fabulous! Happy New Year love, Hugs, Terra
