Roasted Peas
Frozen peas
Olive oil
Salt, pepper
Fresh-squeezed lemon
*Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
* Spread peas in baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt & pepper
* Roast for 20 minutes
* Serve with fresh-squeezed lemon.
