Throughout my time traveling, I’ve had to come up with some creative ways of sticking to my veg-centric lifestyle. Luckily, in countries like Ethiopia, it’s relatively easy, but in other countries, it’s not so simple, especially when you’re invited into someone’s home. I’ve been known to use the excuse of fasting or to even actually indulge in foods I would normally never eat (like fish eye soup in Cape Verde many moons ago) so as not to offend my gracious hosts.  In this video by Yeva Avakyan, you’ll learn ever more tips for adhering to your veg-centric dietary preferences, no matter where work or play may take you. I hope you enjoy!!!

Tiffany gets culinary inspiration from the food she grew up eating, and from her travels throughout Latin America, the Caribbean, Western Europe, and Sub-Saharan Africa. She is dedicated to sharing her wealth of knowledge on veg-centric cuisine with others and to help others live by her mantra—love life, live long, and eat veg-centric cuisine!
