VIDEO: Advanced Class #1_Ribollita

Posted by

Ribollita Como WaterThis month’s advanced class features a soup I first had at a restaurant in Portland, ME called Kamasouptra about 3 years ago. I had never heard of Ribollita, but I love rolling my rrrrrrrrrrrrr’s, so I gave it a try. I immediately went home to create my own rendition of the sultry Tuscan soup. You can find the Como Water recipe here and you can watch a video of the prep below. Have a great day and stay warm!
